EARUNIT presents

Black Page Orchestra

Sunday April 9, 2017 at 16:00 in LiteraturHaus, Møllegade 7, 2200 København N

06/04-17 – Elmira Darvarova – Songs for Bach…

EARUNIT presents

Elmira Darvarova

Songs for Bach in the Absence of Words

Thursday April 6, 2017 at 19:30 in LiteraturHaus, Møllegade 7, 2200 København N

Tickets: 50 DKK (cash or via mobilepay: 20761179), free entrance for members

Songs for Bach in the Absence of Words

Please note that all of the composers in this program were influenced by Bach, and some of the pieces are titled identically to movements from Bach works (“Prelude”, “Fugue”, “Chaconne”), so the “common thread” in the program has Bach as a reference point, but also as an “exit” and “departure”. Bach himself is not presented in the program with a work, but his presence / essence/ spirit kind of looms above the program, without restricting the reflections other composers exhibit.

The pieces by Badinski, Soukhovetski, Stephen Brown, Carsten Bo Eriksen were written specifically Elmira Darvarova. The program has great variety of the composers represented, with a Canadian (Stephen Brown), an American (Norman Zocher), and a Latin-American (Piazzolla), as well as several European composers, and a female composer. And, there is also the World Premiere of the Chaconne by Carsten Bo Eriksen.

a new Age og Sensibility

We Like We fik sit gennembrud for godt to år siden med deres spændende blanding mellem kompositions- og improvisationsmusik.

Irina-Kalina Goudeva

Wire-Less & Wing-Full

Søndag d. 10. april 2016 kl. 16:00 i LiteraturHaus, Møllegade 7, 2200 København N

Wire-Less & Wing-Full is a performance, aimed at the creation of new synthesis between theatre and audio medias, integrating contemporary music for double bass and voice, using visual effects, theatrical aspects and choreography. Video created by Casper Øbro.

The dramaturgy of the show is built on the invented story of the multiple reincarnations of a soul as a woman and her path and evolution. She arrives on Earth as the Mythic snake, who transforms herself into the Goddes Menada.

After playing dangerously and arrogantly with love and life Menada chooses to renounce her extraterrestrial power and connections with the “Other Side”.

She follows instead the path of an “ordinary” woman in her wish to experience and learn from the spectra and existential forms of terrestrial life – in depth, in love and sometimes tormenting duality.
