Hilary will began premiering her project, “In 27 Pieces: The Hilary Hahn Encores,” a collection of new short pieces by 27 contemporary composers, for acoustic violin and piano, in October 2011. One interview with a participating composer will be posted every month. Here, Hilary talks with Max Richter about his musical life and his contribution to the project.
